We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Office Manager to play a critical role in the smooth operation of our condominium association! You will be the face and voice of our organization as you multi-task between handling your administrative duties and helping homeowners both by phone and in person. Hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., M-F.
Responsibilities:
Cheerfully interact with residents, realtors, and others
Update owner records and generate reports
Assist the Property Manager as needed
Handle confidential sales applications and resident files
Maintain new sales and rental records
Assist Board members with tasks as needed
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn
Previous experience in a condo or HOA setting a plus
Work in a pleasant environment in our brand new clubhouse. Professional office with a casual, friendly vibe.
