Stitcher/Cutter/Folder

DynaGraphics has an immediate opening for an experienced Stitcher/Cutter/Folder Operator. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience and be comfortable with folding, stitching and programmed cutting machines. We are seeking a motivated individual with high quality standards. This position is for the first shift.

Responsibilities include:

1) Read job ticket and set-up Folders, Stitchers, and Program Cutter accordingly.

2) Set up, adjust and operate a folders, cutters, stitchers, drills, or set up bindery machines containing multiple functions and station capabilities which can be combined with other equipment and devices to produce a complete bindery and finishing unit that processes printed sheets into final books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines or other completed products.

3) Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain a variety of other machines.

4) Inspect equipment for safety issues.

5) Monitor quality, output and productivity on an ongoing basis.

6) Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Read, write, and speak English.

2. Read a job ticket.

3. General math skills to add, subtract & divide.

4. Bend, lift and/or stand for extended periods of time.

5. Dependable transportation.

Previous operator experience is preferred.
