Generator Supercenter of Annapolis is looking for an extremely outgoing and trainable person to come in with a great attitude and personality to help run our rapidly growing business. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Scheduling installations, service calls, and free estimate appointments.

2. Creating, updating, and maintaining all customer files.

3. Communicating and scheduling with subcontractors.

4. Scheduling of electrical/gas inspections and permits.

5. Creating job posts, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling new hire paperwork.

6. Quickbooks experience a plus

7. Communicating with all team members to ensure everyone is on the same page with scheduled appointments.

8. Answering all phone calls, responding to voicemails and emails daily.

9. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming office environment.

Managerial Requirements:

1. Proficiency in software skills. Able to assist customers and respond to emails with professional and courteous language.

2. Must have GREAT people skills, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask. Must be able to take constructive criticism, apply it, and show rapid improvement.

3. Not looking for someone who is perfect, but someone who displays conscientiousness in the workplace and flexibility.

4. Experience in a SERVICE and/or ELECTRICAL INDUSTRY is a plus!

Ultimately, the office manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office, provide an outstanding experience for our customers, and oversee day-to-day operations. Great opportunity for long-term employment with advancement!

Pay will range between $20-$25/hr based on experience. 1st Evaluation at 90 days.
