Working under the guidance and support of the HR Business Partner - The Wellness Assistant ensures compliance with Federal and state COVID-19 employer requirements by checking/confirming incoming associates' temperatures and asking health screening questions prior to the beginning of their shifts.
Check temperatures of all associates resuming shifts, using a hand held, no-touch thermometer and log results.
Review health screening questions with each associate and log.
Send associates home that do not comply with health measures.
Update and email logs/paperwork to the appropriate HR representative.
Set up for screening each day.
Follow appropriate instructions and processes.
Schedule:
- M-F 730am - 1230pm; Sat - 845am -1045am
Qualifications:
- High School diploma required
- Medical Assisting, CNA or PCA experience preferred, but not required.
