Description:Providence is calling a Scheduler (Home Health Services, Day Shift, 1.0 FTE) to Providence ElderPlace in Tukwila, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.In this position you will:

Coordinate the needed services to meet the home care needs of the participant with PEP home care staff and/or contracted providers.

Schedule, assign, and maintain staffing schedules for Westwood, Columbia Place, Home Care and New Enrollees on a daily basis.

Take daily calls from staff regarding missed shifts due to illness and schedule replacement coverage.

Fulfill all administrative tasks, such as reports, record entries, updating written assignments and schedules; participate in various program meetings as assigned.

File all Home Care documentation in Medical Records.

Schedule and maintain vacation schedule and coverage.

Mail schedules each week to all Home Care Staff, Westwood Staff, and Columbia Place Staff.

Qualifications:Required qualifications for this position include:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Valid Washington State driver’s license and current automobile insurance; reliable transportation

2 years of progressive administrative experiences, preferably in a health or social service setting

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Associates's degree in business or healthcare field
