Must have UT-Straight Beam or UT-Shearwave plus MT, PT, VT, and QC Mechanical.Position Overview/Summary:The candidate shall have the ability to perform NDE inspections on items, components and assemblies along with being directly responsible for the organization and operation of the associated NDE equipment. The candidate will be required to follow and support all safety and quality directives in support of Holtec’s commitment to being the industry’s Premier Service Provider to our clients.Position Qualifications (Required):

Level 2 NDE Qualification for Liquid Penetrant (PT), Visual Examination (VT) and Mechanical Inspections

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the aforementioned disciplines with a concentration on weld examinations

Documented evidence of ability to read and interpret detail assembly and installation blueprints as demonstrated by passing the blueprint reading test, or by successfully completing Blueprint Reading II or its equivalent

Ability to perform detailed NDE inspections

Ability to write clear and detailed electronic inspection reports

Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Better than average written and verbal communication skills

Ability to read and interpret general assembly drawings and blueprints

Nuclear experience and familiarity with ASME Inspection Requirements

Position Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide complete and accurate electronic inspection reports to appropriate work cell

Maintain NDE equipment and work cell in clean, organized and operational condition

Continuous improvement to meet shop and industry changing requirements

Work weekend and nights when required to meet client and shop requirements
