The firm is extremely fast growing, amassed an AUM of $6M after it’s inception in 2015. It provides investment advice and wealth management services to UHNW individuals, families, and institutions with average client size being $40M.The client service analyst will be a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients and also oversees daily operational work for the team including handling client requests, submitting account paperwork, processing money transfers, helping to rebalance client portfolios, and mastering the custodian’s web platform together with their forms/documents and transactional or tax reports.RequirementsThe ideal candidate: Must be an excellent communicator and has a very professional present, extreme attention to detail At a minimum, 2+ years of hands on Operations or Client Service experience, but prefer more experience Must have a unique passion for delivering and excellent client experience and high quality workPerks mean so much to this company and they are very committed to providing amazing benefits for employees and families, free lunches, encouraging detail oriented development, great 401K plan, and fantastic PTO policy.
