Capital Markets Attorney for a 1-2 Month Remote Project (Midtown)

Solomon Page in conjunction with our client, an international and well respected law firm, is seeking 2 admitted attorneys with Capital Markets experience for a 4-8 week long temporary assignment. Work will be remote.

Qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 4 years of experience with the following: SPAC IPOs and/or SPAC business combination transactions, shelf takedowns, PIPES, Exchange Act filings and Securities Exchange compliance.

Hourly compensation will fall somewhere between $100 - $150 per hour and will be commensurate with experience Working anywhere from 8-10 hours per day with flexibility to work longer hours if needed.Must be admitted in NY, CA, DC or IL in order to be considered.
