Our high-visibility client’s support experience relies on the Support-as-a-Service API as the Case Exchange platform to transfer support tickets between the client and Azure Stack HCI Integrated System OEM incident management systems. It uses Active Directory for Authentication (AAD) and Service Bus as the primary communication mechanism.The scope of work covers all tasks leading up to onboarding partners to the Case Exchange platform, helping to troubleshoot issues along the way including AAD & Azure Service Bus, connecting to and using the SaaS API programmatically for bi-directional transfer, building a fully functional prototype of the solution, and code and associated documentation to be delivered as a Case Exchange blueprint.Supplier is expected to:

Participate in meetings with partners and contribute as a subject matter expert on Case Exchange for relationships between OEMs, CSS, and Engineering

Schedule and lead regular meetings between CSS and OEMs with stakeholders from both sides

Be responsible for onboarding OEMs to Case Exchange

Administrate the SharePoint site or Teams Channel for technical content sharing including training material, troubleshooters, etc.

Document all processes to take over or improve

Build and manage a Prioritized Partner Master List (with timeline)

Collect, track, and act on feedback when possible (during & postmortem)

Collect, communicate, and track feature request list

Communicate out recurring updates to our partners

Monitoring and communicating environment changes that may impact testing/deployments

Act as the first contact for OEMs and may engage other stakeholders as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in support mechanisms

Project management communication / reporting skills

Ability to read / write in C# & JSON logs (programming not required)

Understanding of Azure Active Directory Authentication, Service Bus (listeners) Rest APIs

Bonus: JAVA, C, Open Source

Ability to support and track the Onboarding Document for multiple partners concurrently

Ability to organize and lead meetings for audiences of internal and customer contacts

Strong time management and other basic project management skills
