Bookkeeping/Accounting -Office Specialist to organize office, prepare quotations, collections, invoicing, job costing, budgeting, by Using Quick Books. Scheduling, customer service and conduct customer job reviews and follow up. Must be dependable, organized, computer literate, and willing to work hard. Must take charge of the Office, keep it Organized and keep customers/employees/owners happy with a positive attitude. Some errand running required.

This position assisting with the management and employees thru the direction of the owners to include Duties of processing of paperwork, answering phones and returning calls and emails in a timely manner. Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Quickbooks. Candidate must also have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and cellphone. There is some flexibility required with scheduling.

Working Conditions:

Physical Requirements: Employee is regularly required to sit for long periods; stand; use stairs, talk and hear both in person and by telephone. The employee is occasionally required to walk, stoop or bend and at times may also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials.

Mental Requirements: Basic math and task competency

Working Environmental/Conditions: This is a Non-smoking office environment. The admin will have to manage a number of projects at one time, and may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of customers and staff. Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

Machines/Equipment/and Tools Used: computer, calculator, telephone, and copy machine.

Qualifications and Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with QuickBooks Online a Plus. A willingness to learn new software systems. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform each essential duty in a professional and timely manner. Should have the ability to read and interpret documents related to the business and carry out the instructions given to them. Ability to deal with problem solving and deadlines. Must possess a positive attitude and treat customers, employees, and owners with the highest priority.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience as an office admin specialist

Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Microsoft Office Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
