Multifamily Maintenance Supervisor (Triad)

Seeking a reliable Maintenance supervisor to join a growing property management company. Must be CFC and CPO certified. Able to manage renovation projects, negotiate, schedule, and monitor vendors. Coordinate the turn process for both renovations and standard turns. Ability to think creatively and address issues in a cost-effective and efficient manner. This position may grow into a regional maintenance supervisor for the right person that shows commitment and flexibility as we take on new assignments. Professional appearance is a must as this individual will be a crucial part of the team and is in a high visibility role.
