JOB SUMMARY Responsible for performing administrative and physical tasks involving shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of parts, accessories, & supplies stored in the Parts Warehouse. Provides accurate, timely, & courteous service to all internal & external customers. Interacts effectively with peers & other CCE team members to meet & exceed established organizational goals & targets. Works on assignments that are moderately complex in nature, where judgment is required in resolving problems. Normally receives general instructions on routine work, with specific instructions on new assignments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.)When necessary, performs support functions for customers (internal & external) inquiries. 2.)Picks, packs, and prepares parts & accessories for shipment to customers, CCE branch offices, and other destinations - completing all applicable computer transactions & transportation tasks. 3.)May be asked to assist with picking parts & accessories for shop work orders, service technician & CCE branch transfer orders - completing all applicable computer transactions. 4.)Accepts deliveries from motor freight carriers, while inspecting all inbound shipments for accuracy with package counts & potential damage/loss. Performs all applicable tasks for recording deliveries, including notifying management immediately concerning damage/loss incidents or other problems with a delivery. 5.)Unpacks and checks contents received against purchase orders & shipment packing slips. Performs all required computer transactions on computer system. Alerts management immediately when discrepancies occur. 6.)Re-stocks materials procured on purchase orders & CCE branch transfers, then updates warehouse physical location (bin location) on the computer, as required. 7.)Issues processed materials to back orders & other commitments accordingly. Processes inbound shipments for Returned Goods Authorization RGA incidents, completing required computer tasks. Delivers any miscellaneous (non-inventory) deliveries/receipts to the designated person, department, or holding area. Alerts management immediately when discrepancies occur. 8.)Effectively uses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business computer software, where required to complete work assignments and adhering to applicable company/department operational procedures and policies. 9.)Responsible for the proper handling of sales order picking slips, purchase orders, transportation documentation and outbound shipment invoices & related credit card transactions. 10.)Maintains inventory accuracy/integrity. Participates in physical inventory & cycle counting processes. Identifies and corrects conditions causing errors. Notifies management immediately when errors cannot be resolved or reconciled. 11.)Follows all Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and company procedures in company employee handbook, while taking responsibility for safety in immediate work area. Notifies management immediately concerning any potential or existing hazardous or unsafe work conditions & practices. 12.)Performs other related duties and assignments, as required, including working over-time when necessary, which may be deemed mandatory during certain busy periods throughout the year. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge & Skills: Good reading, writing, typing, & math skills. Good understanding of warehouse operations. Basic knowledge of ERP systems (Pronto) a plus. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook. Effective interpersonal & phone skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain a neat work area. Demonstrated ability to lift minimum 50 lbs. Working knowledge of material handling equipment operation a plus Fork-Lift Truck Manual Pallet-Jack & Hand Truck Weighing / Counting Scales Hand & Power Tools & other tools as necessary. Education & Experience Typically requires a high school
