Aggressive Compensation + Bonuses

In the insurance industry, most companies will start you around 55% and cap you around 110% so that they can keep much of your commissions. Not here. Our compensation starts at or above 100%, depending on qualifications discovered during interview. It continues to go up to 145%. We also pay generous producer bonuses which increase as your business increases.

This is a 1099 position and provides you with the ability to start building residual income immediately.

No cold calling
