Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Detroit, MILong Term contract

Engagement Description:With general guidance and coaching, provides analytical support to a specific group of customers on business applications, infrastructure and technology related activitiesActs as a project team member, specifically on requirements definition and testing activitiesProvides guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on complex problems and ensures resolutionAssists customers on their migration to new or revised products, applications and platformsWorks with application developers and operations personnel to support production applications and customer-specific operationsSignificant creativity is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:Experience with Issue Management – Ability to facilitate communication and collaboration between operational areas and champion issue resolution of those with cross department impactAbility to lead and contribute to process improvements/project implementationsExcellent relationship building, analytical, organizational, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include: Ability to document end to end process flows utilizing VisioAbility to work independently, within a team environment and with multiple prioritiesProficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems (e.g., PPT, Excel and Word)

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:Experience in business operationsKnowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Education/Certifications – Include:Associate - Bachelor's degree preferred
