Plant Laborer - 1st & 3rd Shift

Job Description

• Potential opportunity to learn all the plant production functions
• Loading tankers and rail cars with finished product
• Mill checks
• Transferring and unloading product
• Collecting inventory
• Partnering with the supervisor or maintenance to troubleshoot and repair equipment failures.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team.

• 1st shift: Tues-Sat 6:00am-2:30 pm
• 3rd shift: Mon-Fri 10:00pm-6:30am

Qualifications

• Previous labor experience preferred
• Can lift 30-50 pounds comfortably on a regular basis.
• Strong communication skills
• Can work independently when needed, while being a team player
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• All candidates are subject to background check & E-verify
