Service Advisor

Job Description

• Meet with customers
• Schedule work with the service area
• Making sure work orders are done correctly
• Perform time and cost estimates for repairs
• Responsible for calling customers when the job has been done and ready for pick up.
• Collect customer payments
• Assist in parts area as needed

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer skills
• Well Organized and self-motivated
