Resident Manager-Newer Apartment Community (North Albany)

Newer Apartment Community is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team. Resident manager position provides an opportunity to assist our prospective and existing residents with exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with people and satisfying their needs for quality housing. One or Two bedroom apartment available for onsite manager.

Job Activities Include:

Greet and qualify prospective residents

Show and Tour residences

Complete rental applications, agreements, and secure deposit

Complete appropriate paperwork

Inspect residences

Accept rental payments

Maintain current resident files

Distribute all company or community-issued notices

Receive telephone calls, email/web inquiries, and in-person visits.

Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments

Complete Maintenance Service Requests

Follow up with current and prospective residents
