Care staff Needed (Eugene OR)

Now Hiring Care Staff!

Grace Manor is looking to add a swing shift care staff.

Swing shift = 2pm- 10pm

We provide training.

We are looking for LONG TERM employees.

Key responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents

Assist residents with activities of daily living

Transfer residents to and from activities and meals

Serve meals to residents in the dining room or their apartments

Observe and record changes in residents

Foster a home-like environment throughout the community by encouraging independence and participation in activities, and providing emotional support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must enjoy working with seniors!

Flexible schedule

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
