ElderHealth & Living (EHL) Memory Care Village provides leading edge memory care to those diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We have an awesome team of nurses and nurse practitioners. We use best practice for the medical and nursing care of our residents.

At EHL, we believe the best way to treat memory loss is to tailor each treatment plan to the individual’s unique social, emotional, psychological, physical, and spiritual needs. Our goal is to give our residents the tools to be as independent as possible for as long as possible. We encourage our residents to help tend to the gardens, cook, clean, be outdoors, and participate in music, art, and social activities.

Applicants must have an RN license in the state of Oregon. Special training, experience, or knowledge in providing care for older adults in a long-term care setting is preferred. Knowledge of providing RN Assessments and RN delegations is ideal.

This position is responsible for performing nurse assessments, delegations, and ensuring caregiver competencies. The RN role is the “glue” in each resident’s care between the professional nursing staff, caregivers, and families. We offer nurses autonomy in their practice and the support of other nurses and nurse practitioners in their team!
