Resident Assistant for Autism House (Mount Joy)

We are a small provider with five residential homes. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working directly with the autistic population. The client is an adult female, high functioning with autism. The working environment is very nice. The staff have a separate bedroom to use if they are doing an 11PM-7AM shift which is a shift where you can sleep if the client is .

This person would be following daily behavior plans with this client, encouraging her to do outside activities, assist with daily living skills.

This individual must have solid hands on working experience in the autistic community. Prefer a degree, however, we will consider someone with strong skills.

MUST be reliable, patient, and honest.

You will need CPR and First Aid certification we will pay for it if you do not have a current certificate. We provide you with med training.

The position rate depends on experience and will be discussed at the interview.
