Phone answering, customer billing, organization (Knoxville)

We are a boat dealership that is looking for help in our service department. We need someone to answer phone calls, take customer information, bill customers out and keep things organized. You would not need to know any technical information about boats, you would just need to help the service manager with his daily tasks.
