Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is currently seeking to hire engineers with interest, knowledge, and/or experience in the area of Systems Engineering to become part of the F-15 Training Systems team in Berkeley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. F-15 Training Systems is responsible for the design, development, manufacture, integration, testing, maintenance, and delivery of pilot and maintenance training devices for multiple F-15 variants. This is an amazing opportunity to help drive technical excellence across all aspects of the program!Our Teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Mid-Level Systems EngineersPosition Responsibilities:Collaborating within a cross-functional team to reach decisions that are mutually acceptable to multiple engineering and support teams
Writing performance, specification, and compliance requirements
Develop systems integration plans
Develop system designs
Build up training devices in a lab environment
Troubleshoot system level issues on the training devices
Execute systems integration plans
Support formal testing events
Buildup, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customer’s site
Ensuring compliance of system design to security requirements and configuration-control processes
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.This is a hybrid position that allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. (Berkley, MO / Hazelwood, MO).Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor of Science Degree in engineering, mathematics or physics
2+ years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience deriving system requirements from customer supplied requirements.
System design experience using modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler (SysML).
Knowledge of F-15 aircraft systems.
Experience developing scripts to automate processes.
Experience developing network architectures.
Experience integrating and troubleshooting aircrew training systems utilizing COTS computational systems with Microsoft Windows and/or Linux operating systems
CompTIA Security+ Certification
Typical Education/ Experience:Associate (Level 2):Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Mid-Level (Level 3):Bachelor's degree and typically 5 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with typically 3 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a PhD degree with experience in an engineering classification. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.
