Beta Implementation Program ManagerOverview of PositionAs a Change Healthcare Beta Implementation Program Manager, you will be a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO) and will be responsible for effective delivery of business results by driving the creation and execution of project and program management practices within the Customer Operations team. The primary responsibility will be for the development/implementation of the beta projects, involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the implementation of Change Healthcare product solutions for external customers. Responsible for driving the Beta Program for the Customer Operation Services team. The Program Manager will manage the beta process for the services team.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Overall Beta program responsibility for Customer Operations including overseeing beta and early adopter process for all of services division including project management, technical and education
Collaborates with Product Management Team on assigned beta projects
Define methodology processes standardizing delivery across the Customer Operations PMO for the Beta program
Lead and manage beta and customer projects/programs as assigned
Ability to examine existing methodology, processes, and tools to identify and drive improvements
Define and analyze key performance indicators to monitor the successful implementation of improvements compared to established goals and targets
Champions the creation and influences the use of project/program management processes, methodologies, and tools for the beta program
Assess and make recommendations regarding project/program risks and impacts to budget/timelines to leadership
Tracks and manages the beta program for the customer operations team
What are the requirements needed for this position?PMP certification required
8+ years Program or Project Management experience
5+ years in hospital or Healthcare IT environment
Prior experience successfully managing process improvement projects and/or working with operations teams as well as with product teams
Experience managing internal and customers
Prior beta program experience helpful
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Critical thinking – the ability to make good decisions and identify solutions to problems for operations including technical
Experience in change management and problem-solving with a passion to lead, coach, motivate and develop others
Ability to engage with cross-functional teams driving collaborative solutions
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and logical/analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Project Management in an Epic environment
Epic revenue cycle certification preferred
Experience in developing/deploying project artifacts including project charters, agendas, issues lists, risks matrices, project plans, etc.
