Small owner managed 3 property portfolio, 2 buildings on Capitol Hill and a large property in Madison Park on Lake Washington.

Preparing vacated units to be rented

General up keep of the building(s) and grounds

Flooring

Drywall/Plaster repair

Minor Plumbing

Changing Light Fixtures

Landscaping

Cleaning

Painting

Carpentry

Problem Solving

Personable with tenants

Able to Multi-Task

Self Motivated

Communication Skills

Able to focus and complete task

Be on time for scheduled shifts

Some evenings and weekends may be required from time to time
