Full time IT SPECIALIST (Bellevue)

Camouflaj, the studio behind RÉPUBLIQUE and IRON MAN VR, is looking for an IT Specialist to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Supporting Perforce, Jira/Confluence, Unity, and other essential software

General support of Windows 10, iOS, and Android operating systems

Installation of software updates and packages

Basic network, VPN, and remote access support

Daily support of desktop computers, printers, VR equipment, and dev kits

Imaging computers and setting up new workstations for onboarding new employees

Keeping system images up-to-date and current for all supported systems

User access and security permissions configuration for all user-facing services

Basic troubleshooting of issues with Windows firewall and local workstation security

Routine and emergency virus, malware, and spyware remediation

Management of cloud based or other workstation backup software

Support and access of company Wi-Fi

Update and add documentation to the IT Confluence space

Daily updates of all tickets and request in the ticket system

SKILLS NEEDED

Capability to diagnosis and fix issues with all hardware components in a PC

Including motherboards, video cards, memory, hard drives, solid state drives, network cards, and audio cards

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability serve and relate to people and issues with empathy, compassion, understanding and support

Ability to work cross functionally with all disciplines

Be able to work independently and track work through to completion

On call status if needed

Willingness to work on site at the studio every weekday

NICE TO HAVE

Knowledge of Linux or Mac OS

Familiarity with at least one scripting or programming language

CompTIA Network+, A+, and Microsoft MCDST

At least two years of experience in an IT Specialist or Desktop Support role
