Help Desk/Go-Live Support Analyst position, you should meet the following criteria:
  • Must be customer centric and have proven track record with servicing an end-user
  • Must know how to set up devices like PC’s, and printers
  • Must be able to provide windows computer hardware and software phone support
  • Previous experience supporting a Go Live in any EMR application, a plus
  • Windows experience, a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High attention to detail
