Stadium Hotel located next to Hardrock Stadium, has an immediate opening for an accounting assistant.
Responsibilities and skills needed include but are not limited to:
Work directly with Accounting Manager and ownership
Must have good communication skills, including emailing, financial reporting
Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Project management abilities, including multitasking, prioritization, and deadline management
Working knowledge of accounting
Good math skills
Attention to details
Comfortable with computers, accounting software, spreadsheets, and other financial computer applications
Skills
Experience using spreadsheets (MS Office Excel and Word)
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
Duties: Bank deposit preparation, reconcile 3rd party commission invoices, credit card charge back response package, prepare monthly report packages for ownership.
Pay Range: From $16.00 - $18.00 per hour negotiable
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm)
