Job Duties Consist of:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Full-Time position

- Reliable Transportation

- Must know basic computer Knowledge - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (Quick book a plus)

- Bilingual Spanish / Creole A plus

- GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS (WE DEAL WITH LOTS OF WEDDING BRIDES)

SOME PHYSICAL WORK REQUIRES (Pulling Products - Linens, China, Glassware Etc. )

Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and email, and provide basic company information

Create invoices, Quotes for clients, follow up with clients

Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed

Assist with clients in the Showroom

Arrange schedules for In Office / Outside meetings

Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for meetings

Prepare information and research for executive needs

Assisting with setting up the banquet hall for events

Assisting event planner with all administrative task

This is a full-time position. We are seeking someone that is flexible, personable and has a great attitude
