Job Description
Well-established agricultural organization is seeking an individual with customer service experience in an office environment to work as a member of our team for our 2021 filing season.
The successful candidate's duties include:
Assist farmers and ranchers file seasonal agricultural labor applications with State and Federal governmental agencies, and provide clerical and office support to other Administrative Case Managers
Operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, printers, and telephones
Assist Association Members with program compliance and audit responses
Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Communicate with Association Members on the telephone
Prepare and send professional written correspondence and emails
Assist in all general office functions and complete them in a timely manner
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, both independently and with a team
Ability to handle high volume of work and multi-task assignments
Ability to work within strict deadlines
Ability to retain information and have good recall ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Spanish speaking ability is a plus
Working knowledge of personal computers and business-related software, preferably Windows, Word, Access, Outlook and Excel
Ability to operate general office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, etc.
Must be flexible with schedule changes in order to meet operational need
Pay:
Determined based on experience and ability.
