Job description
We are one of the fastest growing swimming pool services companies in the Southwest US. We are looking for a repair assistant to play a key role in our future success by assisting on processing work orders of parts and repairs swimming pool services.
Responsibilities
- Assist repair managers in processing and selling repair work
- Contact customers in a daily basis to review their swimming pool inspections to give them a feedback on improvements that can be made
- Support the work order queue by processing the work through emails, texts or phone calls
- Process dozens of work orders daily
Skills
- Experience with one of the following is REQUIRED: swimming pool services, dispatching, work orders processing
- Proven working experience in the Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with sales and customer service
- Excellent accounting communication and follow up skills
- Be able to multi-task and work on a fast paced environment
- Be comfortable on the phone and spending long period of time on it
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
