We are seeking a Help Desk/Desktop Technician to join a "Medicare Advantage" HMO, serving the needs of over 60,000 seniors in approved zip codes within four Southern California counties including Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange. Our client offers a unique combination of in-home personal care services with comprehensive medical benefits that enable older adults to remain independent and avoid nursing home care. This is a contract, onsite role located in Long Beach.
What You Will Do:- Coordinate with ITAM leads on daily targets
- Add endpoints into appropriate collections for IPU (in place upgrade)
- Communicate with end users and answer any questions about the process to help manage expectations
- Track progress of daily targets
- Escalate or address any issues with IPU
- Coordinate endpoint replacement if unable to resolve any IPU failures
- Familiar with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (for imaging and pushing software)
- Good communication skills
- Process oriented
- Remote troubleshooting experience
