Adamick Architecture is looking for a project manager to complement our team and contribute to the continued success of our firm. We are searching for a candidate who is personable enough to work in a team environment, is highly organized, is self-motivated and is able to work on tasks with minimal supervision. We prefer a candidate with 4-8 years of professional experience, but we are willing to work with the right individual. Our ideal hire would be able to manage the following roles and responsibilities:
- Assist in managing multiple projects under supervision of the principal architect
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and city and state agencies
- Participate in client meetings
- Assist in all aspects of architectural design
- Produce construction documents
- Redline and review drawing sets
- Strong knowledge or NFPA and IBC/IRC Codes
- Measure and document existing conditions
- Assist in creation of schedule of values and AIA contracts
- Firm understanding of budgeting in New Orleans market
- Contract Administration
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from NAAB accredited school
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
AutoCAD
PREFERRED SKILLS
Revit
Adobe Creative Suite
Sketchup
