We are seeking an experienced SaaS Quality Assurance Engineer for all of our products. We want someone who’s experienced and comfortable with a fast-paced startup environment, which means you’ll be given ownership and great responsibility.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Comfortable with complex but unstructured problems, a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and organized.

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, startup environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement test plans for new and existing product features

  • Write UI automation in Javascript using TestCafe

  • Write API automation tests using Postman

  • Develop custom builds using Jenkins to run automated tests

  • Create alerting and monitoring within AWS and other platforms

  • Resolve issues with user experience and data integrity

  • Help manage the deployment process

  • Verify user stories for bugs

  • Document support issues

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a QA engineer

  • Proven track record of working with engineers and product owners

  • Experience writing and designing automation tests

  • Experience with Javascript and MySQL

Pluses:

  • BA/BS degree

  • Deep experience with or certification in Agile methodology

  • Experience working in a CI/CD environment

  • Previous experience working in digital advocacy/civic technology, CRM, digital advertising, or Social Media marketing
