What We Are Looking For

Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time (25 hours per week) Community Business Manager at Ely Walker Apartments in Kennett, MO. This is a tax credit property with 46 units.

This position will pay between $15.00-$16.00/hour. The amount will be determined by experience, certifications, skills and education.

We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas of asset management, resident relations, financial reporting and team leadership.

What You Will Do

The Part-Time Community Business Managerwill serve as thesupervisory position with authority, responsibilityand accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property.
