Meat Cutter - Alaska (Anchorage)

We are looking for experienced meat cutters to cut moose and caribou in Alaska. You must know how to cut quartered bone in animals. You must be proficient in using a band saw. It is a temporary position from September thru October. There will be plenty of overtime available. We do supply housing. Airfare will be reimbursed to you if you stay the entire season. We are not adverse to a husband and wife team if wife knows how to wrap meat and the different cuts of steaks and roasts. Please submit resume.
