Thrive Liaison - Hawthorne

Thrive believes that when families are strong, children succeed, and communities

thrive. The Thrive Liaison is responsible for promoting parent and child

engagement in our schools by:

- Increasing opportunities for parents to communicate and participate as partners with our schools with regard to the academic and social growth of their children, and

- Coordinating community-member volunteers for in Thrive’s award-winning Child Advancement Project (CAP) while working as a partner with the school district to ensure that children receive extraordinary one-on-one mentoring.

This position is designed to support students, families, and school staff in order to promote the academic, social, and emotional success of students at school and at home.
