Job Description:Provides each client with excellent, evidence-based therapy with appropriate evaluation, development of treatment plan, intervention, documentation and necessary communication. Provides each customer (client, caregivers, physicians, case managers, insurance companies, vendors, students) with excellent service. Participates in Professional and Leadership Development Activities to support growth of all clinicians in the clinic. Performs all activities necessary to support and encourage business growth of the department through program development, marketing, managing productivity, managing caseload and managing the percent of patients seen. This will be evidenced by meeting or exceeding departmental budgeted financial goals for the fiscal year.Description

CCC's (Certificate of Clinical Competence)TrainingSpecial SkillsLicensureHas, or is eligible for, licensure through the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech Pathology-Audiology (ABESPA) or working toward completing Clinical Fellowship (CF) as under guidelines required by ABESPA; will obtain license (or certificate for CF) within 2 weeks of hire date. Employee will not be allowed to have patient contact until license (or certificate for CF) is secured and validated. Has, or will obtain, CPR certification within 90 days of hire date
