We are Labor Solutions, a staffing firm operating throughout the Canton market recruiting poultry workers across all skill levels and trades within these local plants.

FIELD RECRUITER:

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for multiple clients using various recruiting tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with on-site management team to develop overall recruiting strategy

Ensure candidates understand the duties and environment associated with position

Partner with local businesses as a method to source candidates

Provide recruiting reports to the management team on a weekly basis

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to work flexible schedule, some weekends will be required

Must be bi-lingual

A self-starter with the ability to manage own schedule while achieving recruiting goals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational skills
