Shared Services Coordinator (Missoula)

The Montana Child Care Resource and Referral Network (MCCRRN) is hiring a part-time Shared Services Coordinator in the Missoula County area. The MCCRRN serves to improve the quality, accessibility, and affordability of child care for all Montana’s families. The MCCRRN agencies are a key component of Montana’s early childhood system. Additionally, MCCRRN partners with a wide variety of state government, higher education institutions, and community-based nonprofit organizations to collaboratively create a comprehensive early childhood system for young children and their families.

The Shared Services Coordinator will work to develop and implement a new program that will provide support to community childcare providers, both centers and homes, through a Shared Services model. The program will focus building out a Shared Services Alliance Hub capable of taking on business components of the childcare alliance members such as: automation of financial and enrollment services; recruitment and retention of staff; streamlining CACFP and food services; and increasing financial infrastructures.
