Nursing Assistant - Med/Surg R4

The Nursing Assistant will work under the direction of the Registered Nurse to support our patients and provide direct patient care including clinical measures, bathing and meals, ADLs, answer call buttons, and more. Ensures patient care is delivered in accordance with age specific category requirements and established policy and procedure for all patient populations. Responds promptly and compassionately to patient needs and requests. Must have a can-do attitude, with a strong focus on teamwork, and possess excellent customer service skills.Requirements: High School diploma required. Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant preferred. Bilingual (Spanish-English) helpful but not required. Every other weekend schedule.
