Create/Develop and maintain automated reports and tools based off customer requirements
Be responsible for understanding the customers’ needs and pulling together the appropriate data to meet those needs
Develop and maintain key relationships with multiple business areas
Review and analyze results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution
Communicate high level summary results to business owners and leadership
Develop and improve processes and documentation to support best practices
Perform deep-dive analysis and answer questions around metric variances
Perform ad-hoc analysis on an as-needed basis
If not located in Louisville, this position will require travel once per quarter to the Louisville office once travel restrictions are lifted.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
1+ years of experience in SQL, SAS or other data systems
Prior experience with Pharmacy
Knowledge of Medicare
Demonstrable experience in interpreting and generating insights from the data
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Candidates should have the ability to work on multiple projects with occasionally tight deadlines
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytics-driven findings to business people and to explain business processes, concepts, challenges, and issues to technical resources
Candidates should also possess the ability to take initiative, work independently, and exercise appropriate business judgment
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Knowledge of PowerBI or Tableau
Knowledge of Medicaid
Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques
Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Demonstrated experience in a business setting working with large data sets
