Come and join our team at Prohibition’s Craft Burgers & Beers. We currently have an immediate position for an experienced Kitchen Manager & Chef.

The Head Chef & Kitchen Manager will be capable of:

- Ensuring high-quality cooking and presentation;

- Able to manage kitchen staff and inventory;

- Menu creation and menu tastings for new innovative ideas;

- Manage food and product ordering;

- Be a team player with strong leadership skills and able to be supportive of your kitchen help;

- Able to prepare beautifully crafted menu items;

- Have great time management.

SCHEDULE:

- 6 days a week from 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

COMPENSATION:

- $900 / Week
