Job Description

SeriousShops.com is seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative! An eye for detail and a passion for solving problems will set the ideal applicant apart from the rest. You must have a dedicated, quiet workspace or home office with an available Ethernet port, and desk space to accommodate a company provided pc and dual monitors. High speed home internet service is required. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, but some flexibility may be accommodated, and overtime may be required in periods of high volume.

Specific Duties

-Answers incoming calls to place new orders, check the status of existing orders, or answer product questions

-Responds to customer emails regarding order status, shipment tracking, product questions, and other issues

-Order Management tasks like address correction, backorder notifications

-Processing of customer returns

-Processing of UPS and FedEx claims

Requirements

-1-2 yrs relevant experience preferred

-Retail Ecommerce industry experience is a plus

-Experience processing UPS and FedEx claims is a major plus

-Some College or College Degree is a plus

Desired Skills / Abilities

-Self motivated, and comfortable working independently

-Must have a demonstrated ability to write concise, friendly and professional emails.

-Savvy internet and computer user, adapts well to new applications

-Comfortable working with multiple applications at the same time, utilizing two monitors effectively

-Fast & accurate typing
