Project Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Louisville, Kentucky (KY) that is in need of a Project Coordinator to drive and assist in the management of team deliverables and organization. This consultant will work on large-scale transformative projects in a fast-paced, high-energy Agile environment, and a successful Coordinator will take a leadership role in ensuring that the team's processes and interactions are streamlined, efficient, and focused on the work for which we provide expertise. This Coordinator brings passion to getting it done and enables the team to focus on their core expertise around providing great solutions to complex problems.

Postsecondary degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science or Marketing or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities

PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience with Agile methodology

Experience working with remote teams

Experience working in a range of business areas (e.g., information technology, marketing, etc.)

High-level of competence in MS Office and MS Project

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Diplomatic with strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Comfortable driving teams and management to decisions

Willing to push-back for information and answers

Self-motivated (not requiring significant managerial direction)

Adept at adjusting to changing circumstances quickly and professionally

Exceptional written and oral presentation skills, continues to drive towards results in a complex environment, and can prioritize among diverse needs and opinions
