10-15Description of Primary DutiesRun the daily operations of the PSU Information Center, providing excellent service to our customers and a friendly greeting to all who enter. The Information Desk is responsible for answering guest questions in person and on the phone, lost & found, mail, emergency communications, and the public address system.Required QualificationsApplicants should be VERY familiar with the Missouri State campus and Plaster Student Union, have experience in front line customer service, and be detail oriented.

This position requires a completion of 30 credit hours or more at Missouri State.

Applicants should be friendly, interested in all aspects of working in a customer-centered environment, and be able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
