66428BRJob Title:Business Intelligence AnalystJob Description:As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you drive the efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insights. Your specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to articulating key process flows and stakeholders; describing and manipulating data sets, sources, and structures; gathering requirements and managing multiple inputs and priorities; developing reporting to make data more meaningful to business initiatives; analyzing data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings; identifying root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain; and collaborating on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts. Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

At least 1 year of business analytics work experience

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience with Tableau and/or R

At least 1 year of SQL experience

Willing to travel up to 20% as needed

Willing to reside in or relocation to Kansas City, MO
