As a Solution Operations Manager, your main responsibility will be to promote client satisfaction through achievement of maximum value, adoption and efficiency from Cerner solutions. Additional responsibilities include, managing relationships with key stakeholders across the client base for assigned solutions or venues; consulting with clients in navigating Cerner, advocate for their needs, and channel feedback appropriately; identifying and tracking client value statements and return on investment; executing strategies to increase client solution adoption and alignment to best practices; delivering client-facing communication, including email, newsletters, workshops, and industry events; and measuring and report on client key performance indicators (KPIs) for the solution or venue.Auto req ID:66125BRAdditional Information:Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Health Care, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience

At least 3 years' experience in Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) project management, client management, or solution design work experience

Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position

Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen

Expectations

Willing to travel up to 60% as needed

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
