Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming and outgoing customer calls into booked service appointments

Convey professionalism and authenticity by utilizing the company script when speaking with customers

Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional

Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information

Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager

Skills and Experience:

1+ years working in a call center

Strong communication

Desire to help

Ability to type 20+ WPM

Ability to take detailed notes
