On -Site Sales Representative

We are a high-volume dental implant and cosmetic center seeking a confident and efficient English and Spanish-speaking sales representative. Our office specializes in the All on 4 Implant procedure, single tooth implants, and veneers. We are not a general practice; therefore, we cater to a specific type of patient and the individual we hire must have excellent customer service as well as sales experience. This individual must have outstanding phone skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· INDIVIDUALS MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH.

· HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE!

· Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office

· Basic social media skills (ex: Reels, posting content)

· Organizational Skills

· Customer Service Skills

· Excellent verbal communication skills

Duties/Responsibilities Required but not limited to:

· Greet patients and check them in using Dentrix software

· Schedule patient follow-up visits

· Answer calls and is knowledgeable of procedures

· Track & manage lab cases

· Respond to messages, follow up with leads, and previous consults

· Perform basic filing and record keeping

· Perform administrative and clerical tasks

Education/Experience:

· Highschool Diploma or equivalent required

· BILINGUAL IN SPANISH!

· 1 year of sales experience preferred

· 1 year of dental experience is a plus!

· Dentrix software experience a plus!

· Dental Assistant experience is a plus!
