Office Administrator - Permit and Inspections Coordinator

We are a well-established plumbing company that serves Maryland and The DC Metro Area.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (must be available for a 6:45am start time on occasion)
We are looking for someone that has experience working in a skilled trade office setting
Must be very organized, outgoing, and very comfortable talking on the phone
Must be knowledgeable and experienced with Excel.
Main Job Duties will include:
-Permit Applications and Inspection Scheduling
-Calling municipalities to resolve permitting issues
-Assisting other office staff with answering the phones, scheduling, field technician dispatch, and customer service
-Entering time for field technicians in preparation for payroll
-Office administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, filing, and maintaining fleet information (tag renewals, tickets, tolls, gas usage)

This is a salary position with a pay range of 45k-55k per year to start. Pay will be based on experience and qualifications
